Hi Aparajita, I liked your acting in chalo lets go and currently what you are doing in ekhaney akash neil. Although you are looking quite stunning in ekhaney akash neil dont mind but your hair looks a bit too artificial and funny. I mean why dont you go for a different hair do instead of ringlets of stiff curls. And congrats on having two of my favourite actors to work with. I've always been bonkers about Tota Roy chowdhury...while Rishi Kaushik is also a good actor though sometimes too stiff.

wat to say bout u????? U r just simply rocking as HIYA. u r really sweet, prety, beautiful [adjectives r too small to describe u]...... sometimes seems to be the girl next door. U hav provd urself in acting to. Jodio apnake ageo dekhechilam (Mumbai thaka kalin kwochit kokhono hoyto ekdin protidin dekhe fellam), tobe boltge badhyo hochhi, apnar makeover in this serial is mindblowing...mane I was compleeeeetely bowled over. :P Thankfully they aired the prog more than once, so i used to keep myself awake till 1:30 at night just to watch you guys.
I know you are a good actor, but jei aspect ta apnar turuper tash, ta holo apnar chokher obhibyakti..the character speaks so much with your eyes..Hiyar chhokher bhasha porte porte kobe je Hiyar preme pore gechhi bujhtei parini (no hard feelings plz, coz I understand tht Aparajita is not Hiya..:P)

I am probashi bangali and not a real bangla channel viewer. Last year I lost somebody very dear to me and have been going thru a difficult phase in my life. That is when I discovered EAN and got hooked. Both U & Ujaan r wonderful in the serial and the whole package gives us back all that is gud in life. U make us "feel good", make us want to desire to see the rainbow, fill-us up with the hope to be happy again, U make us want to believe in love again....
I do not know if anybody else has said this before, I guess EAN is kind of a PROZAC - antidepressant for many who feel low or suffer from depression.
All this is possible because of yr fantastic acting.
U ar such a natural...u remind me of Jaya Bhaduri sometimes & other time the natkhat Rekha. U hv shown that one does need to expose or be draped in silks & heavy jewellery to look good or be attractive.
U also pair very well with Rishi Kaushik and I hope that both of u can do many roles together even at the cost of being typecast. I kind of think that U bothe r the equivalent of
SRK-Kajol on bangla TV.
I have tried to follow yr films too but being in Blr don't get to see much of them.
I saw Chowrasta and liked it.
We have heard that maybe EAN is being stopped ? Is it true ? That wud be a disaster,
We r so used to our daily dose of EAN, the day is not over without it.
Pls share my thoughts with the Production House and channel, if u can

ReplyDeleteI am a great fan of EAN.It has brought me back to TV watching after 20 years . In fact we have been calling up Star Jalsha to restore the repeat telecast of EAN at 10.30 pm . I have also written as well as spoken to Star Jalsha to remake EAN in Hindi for national audience . I am sure it will have wide viewership. You transition in the story from a young girl to paralytic patient to a good wife has been superb. Of late the scriptwriters-dir have not done a good job of HIya's character but your acting remains superb.You look wonderful in the whole serial. Its a pity that you have not been nominated for any award. Don't worry your viewers have already awarded you "Best Actress"

EANey tumi tomar costumer rangeta ektu enhance kortey parona ? EANey tumi bibahito holeo ajkalto all married woman wear churidars, westerns alongwith saris. You really look good in long skirts & western wear. U looked very good in the pink dress for the Xmas epi last Dec and also in similar dress in the STAR ENtt Awards skit with Rishi. Pls try out some other type of clothes in EAN. Since u ar no more a notun bou it would also suit yr present character.
Also give a thought to yr nightwear in
EAN as all women tend to change into proper nightwear when going to bed. In one epi,abt 2 weeks ago with Imli u were wearing a black & red lounger and u looked smashing in it, ekebarey fatafati. Pls repeat something similar. It would be more realistic.

Even sitting in Canada, I earnestly wait for the episodes to be uploaded on the net.Your acting as well as that of Rrishi's and the rest of the crew is justgreat.After a long time, EAN has made us believe in miracles and everything that is good.We miss Anindo Bannerjee and the superb sriptwriting.Recently, the story is turning into a thriller. Please let the director know that the story had started with the message of being a magical love story of ujaan and hiya.
I was very happy to see how the drama was portraying an open-mindedness through the characterisation and storyline. I hope it does not fall into the category of being any other serials. Ujaan hiya romance and love after marriage should bear that stamp of open-mindedness and not display the typical, unreal histrionics that are usually shown in other serials.
Please tell them that we as the viewers would love EAN to remain unique, fresh and magical as it had promised to be when it started its journey.

Pride and Prejudice is one of my favourites and Elizabeth and Darcy are definitely my favourite characters. seeing your chemistry together in EAN, it had also crossed my mind.
I am sure Anindo Bannerjee would be able to do a great job in bringing this beautiful lovestory on to the bangla screen. I would love to see that version. The hindi one with Ashwayria was horrible!!!!!
After seeing you and Rrishi together, I am definitely sure that you two would be able to do the characters beautifully and after seeing Anindo Bannerjee's work,I think only he will be able to do justice to this masterpiece and make a beautiful drama serial based on it.

ReplyDeleteyou've given Hiya an impressive emotional range which makes the character so real and dear to us. However, recent episodes tend to present Hiya as immature and childish. Do plz rescue the character. Actors' [and spectators']suggestions wld certainly improve the script. Hiya is one of the most loved characters in the bangla tele scene. She is generous and warm hearted but must also be strong-minded and mature, NOT flighty and foolish.

ReplyDeleteHow do i start my comment i am bit wondering. Well i have read all the comments till now and you will be surprised to know this is the first time i visited your blog site. But for that there is a reason behind. I am a pucca bangali but frankly speaking bengali serials were a strictly no no for me. So had never followed any of the serials when i was in bengal. After my eng. i had to leave bengal and from then onwards TV itself was not in my daily routine. But i was a fan of Bollywood movies and that i usally don't miss. So considering my background you must be wondering why then i am posting comment in your blog site. Well the reason is that you have changed the whole thought process of mine regarding bengali serials in the last 3-4 days. Yes FYI i have started viewing EAN from this new year on youtube (Thanks to Mr.Pratip for uploading the content) and you will be amazed that i have viewed 1 year of content in the last 4 days. Yes people may wonder but it is true. Currently i am pursuing my MBA in Dubai and this week was total off for me. So i was just browsing for bengali telefilms in youtube when suddenly one of the EAN episodes popped up. That's it after that everything is history. I have gone crazy and almost was on youtube for 20 hrs each day for the last few days. It was as if after every episode the amount of enjoyment, happinness, satisfaction was so high that drive me to watch the next. I hope you can now imagine what level of impact it had created that made me watch a years content in 4 days. In one word it was absolutely fabulous. I never expected such a serial. Moreover thanks to u also. Hiya has driven me crazy. The way u depicted Hiya has touched me that i cannot express in words. It was a kind of fairy tale which every Ujaan in the world only dreams. Frankly speaking Hiya is now in my dreams. The emotions, the feelings, the touches marvellous. Definitely credit goes to you and the whole unit for giving us such pleasure. I know that all dreams don't come true but will pray that every Ujaan gets his Hiya. Each & every episode i remember starting from the early romance, then your accident, Dr.Romit Sen and his songs, Ujaan's nerdness and then wedding ceremony, depart of Dr sen and episode of Imli and now the Honeymoon at Peling. I have no words to express. Anyways i think i have written a lot. So it's now time for me to stop. All the best to u and please please carry on with Hiya. I have also a hope that we can meet someday. Let's hope for the best. Will wait for the nxt episode. So hope Mr. Pratip uploads the same.

ReplyDeleteA very disturbing news that Rishi- Aparajitar friendship hits rock. What I feel that their beautiful on-screen chemistry is because of the fact that they are friends. That's why they are comfortable in doing each and every scene. I hope that they will keep their personal and professional lives apart , though I also think that it is indeed difficult to keep the chemistry going.

Hi Aparajita I watched your Ekdin Protidin regularly but as in our area in Delhi star Jalsa was not available I couldn't watch EAN but later watch it in You tube but not serially thats why very upset.... any one can give me any link where I can watch the whole serial... your Raat Bhor is a fabulous movie and as it is with Rrishii Kaushik enjoyed more as you have a terrific chemistry....waiting for more...

এখানে আকাশ নীল দেখে আপনার অভিনয় ভাল লেগেছিল। সম্ভবত সেই সাথে ব্যক্তিত্ব এবং আর যা কিছু আসে সবটাই। মনে হয়েছিল আপনার অভিনয় দেখতে চাই। এখন চেকমেট দেখছি। একটা এপিসোড দেখা হয়েছে। ভাল লেগেছে। তবে চরিত্রটা মনে হচ্ছে এখনো পরিনত রূপ পায়নি। হয়ত সেটা ইচ্ছাকৃত। তাতে করে কৌতুহলটা বাড়ছে। তবে কিছু মিসিং লিঙ্ক রয়েছ হয়ত। আরো দেখি। মোটের ওপর ভাল লাগছে।
